I have been invited as a guest speaker at the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law, in Professor Jamie Liew’s graduate law class. This session will focus on the role of immigration evaluations in legal proceedings, examining how psychological and immigration clinical assessments impact refugee claims and immigration cases.
Professor Liew, a renowned immigration lawyer and academic, will host the discussion, which will also be featured on her podcast “Migration Conversations.” The conversation will offer valuable insights for legal professionals and mental health professionals.
